MSA - Bankmore Square

At 11 storeys (50 metres high), Bankmore Square will become the tallest office building in Northern Ireland upon its completion. The structure will feature a large atrium and interconnecting spaces between floors. It promises to be one of Belfast’s iconic buildings, attracting top-end tenants through its distinctive design and world-class office accommodations.

MSA have been working with Todd Architects and the Richard Group on the initial design stage of Bankmore Square. Our goal is to help make the building both code compliant and cost-effective. Through structural fire engineering, we’ve worked to readjust the fire protection required under IR building standards for the structural
steel. We hope to reduce Bankmore Square’s fire resistance requirement from two hours to 90 minutes, which could allow Richard Group to realize considerable cost savings.

Members of MSA’s team have experience in the field of fire safety management dating back to the late 1970s. Our extensive knowledge and expertise make us confident that we will help bring Bankmore Square to a successful completion.
