MSA provides fire engineering advice and peer review on designs to the Parliamentary Estates Directorate for the entire Palace Of Westminster complex in London.

This includes The House of Lord, The House of Commons, Westminster Hall, Big Ben and Victoria Tower,

MSA provided a complete fire risk assessment review of the complex from Big Ben’s tallest point down to the catacombs where Guy Fawkes was arrested.

The initial part of the brief was to do a complete fire risk assessment for the entire complex and update the Crown’s risk assessment.

The next part would be to peer review the proposals of other fire consultants to check that what they’re doing is of the highest level.

We would also, where appropriate suggest particular fire suppression techniques to be applied across the entire palace.
